Local ingredients, thoughtful cooking
Every menu is built around what's in season and what looks best that week — from local produce and BC seafood to carefully sourced meats. Much of the preparation happens before we arrive, allowing sauces, garnishes and individual components to be developed with the same attention to detail you'd expect from a refined restaurant. The result is thoughtful, beautifully executed food that feels elevated without being fussy.
